This is another variation on our desire to protect our valuables, sometimes at the cost of strangling our creativity or locking up our potential. While blue has  been the face of intrusion mostly, in this case, the lighter blue emanating from the middle represents the potential that we have, the circular pile of moss in the middle which is restricted by a wire mesh cup and is further blocked, if it were to get out of the wire mesh cup, by four well-maintained barriers. It looks like something valuable is stuck and an opportunity will be missed. Or, from another angle, something valuable is well protected, with multiple precautions. Hard to tell, in this work of art, as well as in life, when we are stuck versus just being well protected.
